Problems Viewing Secure Pages
If you are getting an error page after clicking Login, Checkout, or going to a secure page on our site, follow the instructions below. If they do not solve your problem, please use the Feedback link at the bottom of our website and send us a "Functionality Suggestion" so that we can assist you.
- If you do not see the Menu Bar at the top of your browser, press the Alt button.
- Click on Tools, and then Internet Options at the bottom of the list.

- Click on the Advanced tab and scroll all the way to the bottom.

- Make sure that Use TLS 1.0 is selected. If not, select it.
- Click OK to close this window
- Press F5 to refresh the page, and you show now be able to continue.
