CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY

 

Our Guarantee of Service

 

We want you to experience a level of service that is second to none. We therefore offer you the following guarantees of service and trust that your shopping experience with us will be an enjoyable one.

 

Shipping Points

 

We operate a shipping points system on our website, which is related to the weight of the product(s) ordered. These points will be translated into the shipping amount and added at the check out.

 

As an example, if a shipping point value is 30p and a product has shipping points of 6 then the actual amount that will be added as shipping at the checkout would be 6 x £0.30 = £1.80.

 

Current shipping cost per point in UK pounds is:

  • UK 0.30 up to max of 9.00
  • In the EU 0.50 per point – no max
  • Europe not in EU 0.425 per point – no max
  • Rest of world 0.90 per point – no max

 

Delivery

 

It is our policy that all goods ordered from us will be dispatched to you in no more than four working days from the date of your placing your order with us. If for any reason we are unable to do this, for example an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email with full details and estimated delivery date.

Credit/Debit Cards

 

These are charged only for the items you have purchased on the day that the actual goods are dispatched to you, and not before.

Returns Policy

Books

If for any reason you are unhappy with any book you have purchased from us, you may return it to us in its original condition within 30 days. We will issue a full refund of the price you paid for the item.

DVD/Video and Audio Products

Returned items can be accepted only if they are sealed and in their original condition. Goods with broken seals cannot be returned. The item(s) should be returned within 30 days of purchase. We will issue a full refund of the price you paid for the item(s).

Faulty Items

 

You can at any time return a faulty item to us. Please note however that we accept only unsealed items for return if they are defective.

To return an item to us, please enclose a letter explaining the reason for return and describing any fault. Pack the item securely and send it to us at Grace to You, 2 Caxton House, Wellesley Road, Ashford, Kent. TN24 8ET U.K.

For your protection, we recommend that items are returned to us using recorded delivery. Please note that the cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility, unless we delivered the item to you in error, or the item is faulty. You should be aware that, once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Mailing List

 

We do maintain a mailing list, along with the D M Lloyd-Jones Recordings Trust with whom we operate in partnership in Europe, however we will not grant others access to our lists.

UK Distance Selling Regulations

These regulations state that you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of an item within seven days of delivery. This applies to all our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of DVD/video and audio products in which the seals have been broken.
